Pro Agri Seed Corp. is the exclusive producer and distributor of LP hybrid rice seed varieties in the Philippines. Unauthorized selling, production, and counterfeiting of LP hybrid rice seed varieties is a violation of Republic Act No. 7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines) and Republic Act No. 8293 (Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines), and is punishable by law.
